Morrie Shoob is the President and CEO of Seniors Reverse Mortgage Solutions. He has been a  successful mortgage broker since 1991. In 2006, he established Seniors Reverse Mortgage Solutions in order to pursue reverse mortgages  exclusively.

In addition to being a reverse mortgage broker, Morrie is an active member of The National Reverse Mortgage Lenders Association. He also is a Certified Senior Advisor, a nationally recognized organization devoted to helping seniors in all phases of their lives.  His passion and zeal is reflected in the success and expansion of the business from just doing reverse mortgages in the Bay Area of California to all of Central and Northern California and now to all of Arizona.

In addition to meeting with clients on a one to one basis, he spends much of his time organizing and participating in educational classes dealing with seniors’ financial issues.

Burt Anderson - NMLS #313729

Burt Anderson is a graduate engineer with a Master’s in business management.  He has been involved in residential real estate for over fifty years, primarily as a builder/developer and has been a residential loan officer for over twenty years. Most recently, Burt focuses exclusively on offering reverse mortgages to his fellow senior citizens.

Dave Nathenson has worked as a financial professional since 1985 and within the Reverse Mortgage industry since 2005.

From 1988 to 2005, Dave ran a Life and Health Insurance agency assisting hundreds of families and businesses throughout the state of California to obtain these most important coverages.

His major experience as a Life Insurance agent/broker led him to explore the benefits of Reverse Mortgages as far back as the late 90’s.   After studying the topic thoroughly, he eventually referred three insurance clients to a Reverse Mortgage Professional in order to increase their retirement income by utilizing their existing home equity.   All three clients were so pleased with their Reverse Mortgages and their improved finances, that he began exploring ways to become involved with this growing industry.
